There's not one best one.

My wand leaves me numb after a short while if I use it it has to be over jeans or similar and I don't enjoy the oral simulator. If your friend loves her rabbit that suggests to be she enjoys the vibrations coupled with the internal sensations. Do you think she'd enjoy something different or similar? Mr N recently bought me a remote controlled vibrator, we haven't properly tried it but I reckon it'll be a lot of fun

It really depends on the kind of stimulation they like. I love my Lelo Sona, have a great wand but yes. Think about what kind of stimulation they like - for some women clitoral suction toys do absolutely zilch. Bar make them too sensitive.
