Why am I hungry all the time??

I lost quite a bit of weight over the last six months or so (3½ stone!! - Woop Woop!!) but this past week or so .... I'm constantly hungry!!

Eating the same as I've done for months but hungry a few hours later.

Don't expect any miracle answers ... expect a bit of abuse .... just puzzled!!

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

I get the same problem - it's your willpower wavering - remind yourself how much better you *feel* and, as long as you're getting enough nutrition, try to do something else to take your mind off it.

I tried drinking water as a partial appetite suppresant, and then had something very small to give my mouth some flavour - tictacs, grapes, etc.

Lost 5 1/2 stone in the end, although plenty has now returned

weight loss is a good thing.. but your body will have its own level.. Its in the genes, go too far you'll have to starve to maintain it... hence you'll be hungry.

Be happy with who you are... you'll know when its right

Well done Estee - and you are looking much better for it

The drinking water thing does help me too - and the 40 cups of tea i drink a day.

Also seeds and nuts to nibble on soon shut the tummy up when it complains!!

I also keep tins of fruit in (not as good as fresh but always at the ready) to have with plain yohurt.
