No charge and 100% gen. I did run my own building company a few years ago. So I know how to do things correctly.

Correct me if i am wrong, you are willing to do any kind of work, and won't charge or expect payment in kind?

Correct, you supply all materials and tea and a chat like to have fun and meet new people.
