Have you found good balance in life?

From the land of haribos.

I would say that achieving a good life balance is essential for your overall well being and happiness.

You should set clear priories and establish boundaries to name some of the things.

Whilst it is an ongoing process. I think that I have found good balance with all the things that I do and I feel that is a good balance, but could improve on some things.

What about you, have you found good balance in life or is there room for improvements?

Probably not achieved it but I’m only 26. I’ll figure things out.

We have a pretty good balance. It's taken a long time and there are tweaks needed to the scales that are out of our control but overall they're weighted in our favour. This has not always been so

That is good and same here. I am in my early 40s, so there is still time to figure it out more too

That sounds good that you have good balance too and yes, it does take some time to tweak it and yes, some things are out of our control as well

Yup, I found balance when I was around 20-21, stuck with it, added in afew tweaks as life changed but otherwise I've stuck with what works

Balance to me is extremes of high and low, the day I stop adventuring is the day I die, but I also accept the lows and pains that comes with my lifestyle choices.

Not yet. Work takes far too much priority. Sadly the only way to fix that, for me, is to work more. So eventually it’ll be sorted

Haha. But maybe not.

I’m 47, still not sorted. My work is good. My social and love/sex life is out of whack, so completely unbalanced.

It's only in the last 3 years that I've found a reasonable work/life balance which isn't perfect and there's room for improvement but I'll take it.

Delightful Bliss

I am extremely happy with my life balance, but other people are a pain in my arse sometimes, when they don't do, what they are supposed to be doing

Feet perfectly planted where I planned them to be. Wouldn't change a thing. There are little annoyances here and there but nothing that is a serious detrement to my happiness.

That is good that you found the balance early and added some things too

I dont think that having a good balance in life is at a certain age like later in life, but one can have it early in life as well, like in their 20s or so

Worthing

Yes I now work from home and would never go back to the office stress. No commuting, set my own hours, quiet. Suits me. Close family live within a few minutes drive so that side is good. We do give each other time and space though.

I think for most of us, finding that balance takes time and experience. Some find it earlier in life than others but yes I think I’ve found that in life though one never stops learning

No, I am not in balance and it's really internally pissing me off at the moment. Unsatisfied with myself and how I live my everday life, but somehow I can't force myself to make the changes I want and need. Hm. Dunno.

But I have been there before. Just need to find my way back.
