I hope you are ok. Everybody feels like that from time to time. Just take a walk instead, feed the ducks, stop and have a brandy somewhere (just the one). Just do something different to take yourself away from the norm. It does get better and if you can, always talk to someone, friend, family or stranger.

Having been in hospital then recovery meaning i missed all the weekends RAC historic rally .Nothing would please me more than going for a good blast over the rain swept pennine moors right now good driving tunes on just myself enjoying the road therapy .
