Nr Cardiff or at Chams Darlaston

I really like those Hovis biscuits or a water biscuit.

Wolf likes cheese on a crumpet.

What do you like it with ? I know it might depend on the type of cheese.

It varies. Had lots of cheese last night with some water biscuits as that's what I had in and some tomatoes and big green olives

I like the hovis biscuits, they go especially well with brie, but I also like salt and pepper crackers with all sorts of different cheeses. Going to have cheese and biscuits later tonight.

Cheddar cheese and strawberry jam.

A girl I went to school with (all-girls grammar, fairly posh) used to have brie and cranberry brioche rolls for lunch. Being working class (scholarship kid) our family grocery budget didn't stretch to that so I used to make myself cheddar cheese and strawberry jam sandwiches. It's still something I make now, for old time's sake.

Stockport

The princess of the biscuit for cheese is the Miller's Damsel. A crisp hexagon of milled grain goodness with a light slightly buttery taste that allows the unadulterated flavour of the cheese to shine through. If you have bought good quality cheese, you want to taste the cheese properly. Not have it smothered by excess salt, or garlic, or sesame seed, or pepper, or chilli, or cheap processed cheese powder, or rosemary, or any of the other strong flavours that almost all "savoury biscuits for cheese" are cursed with.

I really enjoy it the most on its own, but I don't mind a cracker, dry or minimal butter.

Does on pizza count?
