"In conversation with a work colleague a few years ago, she admitted that when she goes to someone's house she has a good snoop and a rummage through their bathroom drawers/cupboard when she uses the bathroom. Another colleague then divulged partaking of similar behaviour! So, do you, or have you ever done this? If so, are you just being nebby, or are you looking for something in particular? " I have not and never would. My question is to the people that owned up to doing it, were they laughing or said it like normal like its no biggie or were they quiet and embarresed?

Oh no, they were laughing about it in a very unashamed way and clearly didn't think they'd done anything wrong! I thought it was pretty messed up tbh, and ever since then I've been wary of keeping certain things in my bathroom cupboard and keep them in my bedroom instead.

X" That's the problem- I wouldn't have said either of these people were 'creepy weirdos', since they were both very boringly normal women in their 40's. Just makes me not want to trust anyone, especially with some of the threads/posts on here when men have admitted to sniffing knickers from someone's dirty laundry hamper when they've been working in a house as a plumber/electrician/maintenance etc.

Very much agree about the crappy men who go through drawers and dirty laundry. Keep everyone out.

Because they're clearly creeps.
