" I do it in a wok Tom Cut ends off sprouts 10 minute boil in salted water Put on a baking sheet and sprinkle with oil, slightly flatten them Bake them in oven In wok put oil, garlic, chilli powder on low for a few minutes Get sprouts from oven onto a plate, drizzle with your chilli garlic oil add sesame seeds for texture and a bit of flaky salt on top Enjoy | |||
