I got a runny nose and wonder what tge best home cold remedies are as I'm not kern on tablets and Beecham give me the shakes. Honey lemon and brandy apparently works

Keep your fluids up lots of water whatever else you do.

Reduce dairy as it promotes mucus production

If you run a fever take soluble paracetamol if you can get it. Otherwise fluids, honey and lemon for a sore throat and sleep

Not a remedy but a few paracetamol with some hot chicken soup followed by a hot batch always makes feel better for a few hours do it just afore bed so can get to sleep without feeling shitty
