Alan Shearer ! In Morpeth town centre for the homecoming parade of 2RRF from Afghanistan.

Went to welcome the lads home and to take some photos (500 in all) and unexpectedly met Alan Shearer into the bargain.

Wonderful day - glad we were both off work

Hope it does, one of the best centre forwards this country has produced in a long time, most didnt like him because he regularly put their teams to the sword, the mark of a great player
