Coop now sells them. Whole thing with shell, roasted and salted. There is a knack to getting the seed from the shell. Using your tongue, position the shell vertically or horizontally between your molars. Crack the shell with your teeth and separate the seed from the shell. Then discard the shell and eat the seed that falls in your mouth. Hours of fun to be had

Correction. Best way is to place verically between the front top and bottom teeth and keep teasing the shell from the ftont to the end.
