How is oral care? Be honest, do you look after your teeth?visit the dentist (if you're lucky enough to have one!!)do you brush twice a day, use mouth wash, floss etc

Flossing every night before brushing

Visiting dentist every 6 months for a hygiene clean

I was advised against using mouthwash

The TePe intra dental brushes? The first time I used them, there was a bloodbath in my mouth. But then my gums got better and they are great to use now

Hope your dentist is at least good looking. My dentist is cute. Though she apologises for the painful cleans, I know well that these dentists relish inflicting pain on us.
