It's not available in Boots and takes longer to work than Viagra but there are no known bad side effects. It involves building emotional intimacy, good communication and listening skills, encouraging open discussion around sex and generally creating an atmosphere in which both partners feel appreciated and cherished. A woman doesn’t need a “hardon” or any female equivalent. If they are “dry” because of menopause perhaps, you can just use lube.

Whilst men might walk around with a mental hardon, by that I mean an all but constant desire for sex, most women don’t. So as has already been stated, you just need to get us in the mood. HRT made a huge difference to our couple.

No, there isn't and there is no need for it. Women are either turned on or not, same as men, but men, unlike women, can be turned on and still not get it up. Hence why there is viagra, which helps the erection.
