Gentlemen and gentle chaps — do you, like me, keep a simple and slender credit card holder for your cards and notes, or do you lean more towards the convention of a full leather bulging wallet, to house all your plastic, cash, condoms and sundry whatnots?

I'm just curious...

I have a card holder which I carry around on rare occasions. It has my cards and some cash (notes) that's there for emergencies.

Most of the time now it's just my phone and watch as backup for payments. No cards, no cash.

I've been thinking about this. I've only had a few wallets in my lifetime, and I've kept them all for sentimental reasons. Recently, I've been thinking to get a small card holder, as I've only a few cards, and I prefer to carry cash in my pocket.

Of course it is! It's all about the peacocking isn't it. Just like the spurt thread, got to make it seem impressive and a special innuendo to try and catch the attention of the special ones.

Peacocking and bravado is great entertainment. Often more of a cringy comedy than a bold blockbuster though.

Exactly.

I always wear action trousers with plenty of zip pockets or, in summer, the equivalent type of shorts. Spread things around a bit in primary and secondary wallets in different pockets.

Apart from anything else, those slots in phone cases are usually treacherous. things either slide out too easily or else slide so far in that they can't be retrieved.

Then there's my man bag as well... The muggers will nick that for choice!
