As I can't choose just one television programme (I'm an addict) it's probably best to go cold turkey. Or, if allowed, News 24.

Top Gear is its probably the only programme I like as little time to watch anything else and just too much I cannot stand.

Not sure about radio; Heart over plays new records so they become dull and annoying, think I am too old for Radio One plus I cannot stand that awful voiced woman DJ on it so no idea but I would definitely miss the radio as its on more than the tv
