Well, that explains why they don't tour in the UK anymore.

Not a massive fan base here.

"Reading this, I have an inkling that you may be a Scorpions fan. "

Fan is a bit exaggeration.

I like the most songs from this band, but i'm not biased in any way.

If they do crap, then I say it's crap.

It was a bit hard to pick only 2 songs from some of the albums.

I used to like Bon Jovi until the end of the 90's, but mostly crap what they are doing since, so I don't follow them in ages.

These guys have still gas in the tank, even in live performances.

They had quite few soundtracks and a couple of ballads regularly played in the radio.

I'm sure you heard at least "Wind of change" in the radio,tv or in a movie, so you are not a bad person then.

Yes! I just listened on YouTube I have heard it. It's very evocative isn't it.

They can be heavy and loud, but really good with slow and emotional songs.

Yes, they have a lot of songs about peace and stand up against a lot of bad things around the world.

The MTV calls them "The ambassadors of rock."

Worthing

Looking at past concert reviews, Scorpions never let their fans down and always gave 100%. I like the albums from Taken by Force up to and including Love at First Sting. The rest are ok.

Obviously they were the best selling semi commercial albums.

Klaus (75) is singing a bit weaker live, but still 100 times better than many younger ones(J.Bon Jovi).

Would still pay the high price for a concert.

Closest gig is alway in France though.

Thanks, as a german I found that comment very offensive. And it's so random.

Everytime Germany is mentioned there is always someone talking about the world wars or Hitler. For fucks sake. It's my great-great-granddads generation. It's so long ago, I never even met the person because he died before my birth. Give it a rest, people.

He either meant "Can't be a bad person" opening or because they are German.

We should never judge a band by their fanbase.

It's okay if HITLER liked them Ben. I mean ..... it's okay if you like them isn't it ?

It's not really visible on me, but my Great-Grand mother was German.
