Hospital style mesh underwear makes an ideal hygienic and well ventilated support for those who need to use liners/pads of any sort.

Black or white, designer (CK, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren), well fitted boxers only. Classic is always best, IMO.

No briefs, Y-fronts, colours, patterns, pvc, mesh, fishnet, leather, women’s etc.
