So, trying to decide whether or not going and getting a gym membership is worth it! Am slim, could probably do with a bit of a tone up, but can only go once a week!

Kinda what I thought, need to be going at least 3/4 times a week, gutted really, was kinda looking forward to getting some abs!!!! Hahaha

I'm a personal trainer .. You don't need a gym to get fit .. Search on youtube a guy called Rudy Reyes .. He has some great body conditioning drills on there ..
