I took some sausages out of the freezer this morning.

The important decision to take is:

"Sausage and Mash" or "Toad in the Hole"?

I'm erring towards sausage and mash. What would others choose?

Onion gravy is really, really easy to make if you've the time (you do if you're boiling potatoes or waiting for the oven to bake) and would make it so much better.

I decided to go with sausage and mash, sprouts and home made onion gravy.

I have to say the onion gravy was a good suggestion.

I made plenty so I can have it again tomorrow.

Good suggestion. I made some from scratch. Might have added a little bit too much Lee and Perrin's though.
