It’s in to the small hours, the toughest ones to get through. I only have to make it to 4.30am, what is on all the minds that are still awake.

I used to find 4am through 6am as the worst hours of a twelve hour night shift; randomly the last hour until 7am finish used to fly past!

Truly hated night shifts, that said, they’re the reason I am where I am today as promotion to management was the only way off shift!

Hope all you night shifters sleep well as soon as you can

It’s a strange upside world when I’m on the night shift, luckily it’s not very often

Night shifts are the most random of experiences, it’s genuinely an entirely different way of living which doesn’t compute with the rest of the world around you !
