I love Exmoor, my favourite place in the world. I grew up nearby In Barnstaple and spent much of my time walking across it, staying at Limecombe, Titchcombe and Hoar Oak.

Tummy ache so involuntary diet.

But spent the whole day out with friends so was a good day.

Bit of a quandary today, I'm looking after my partner who is poorly and I'm recovering from some heart problems that have started to flare up again.

At least I have the option for extra meds
