Woke up in a lovely mood,was going to bake,even going shopping for something real special ..then one little thing happens and it pisses you off to the point you just know all the nice things you had planned to do have been gone out the window ...grrrr

Put your face on, wear something you feel good in and head out..being around others helps forget..even if you don;t buy anything...go and do something you enjoy..But look you best and every time you see your reflection, you will feel better...

Well here's some advice I just followed and made me feel loads better....get your glad rags on .make up on and away out you go ..treat yourself ..I did feel loads better
