First, take the porridge, throw it in the bin.

Next cook some sausages, hash browns, tomatoes, fried bread, eggs, mushrooms.

And make a coffee.

Sprinkle of brown sugar or a drizzle of treacle.

Pay no attention to Ravens foul nutritional advice….it’s the reason she is so ill tempered.

Jaga was lovely and I actually had a thing for her. Raven is dark and twisted, she killed Jaga and broke my heart.

Enjoy your breakfast but I hope you’re having brown bread and tea with it. Full English comes with tea not coffee.

I don't know who this Jaga is. But she sounds dull.

Naff off with your tea and brown bread.

Thanolk you everyone. I do actually add honey which I like but gets a bit too sweet for me so early in the morning. Will try some other stuff, especually the fruit suggestions. I was thinking of adding sime bran flakes to give it more structure but not sure if that will work. Might try it anyway.

Mixed nuts. Gives it a good texture and raises its nutritional value immensely.

Don't do that!

I used to love the Ready Brek glow adverts.

What about slightly mushy apples? Chopped to 1cm-ish and boil until soft but not puree.

Ditch the bran flakes and add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed

Was about to say the same. Porridge is quite high in carbs, a bit (lot) of sugar and cream won't hurt

Throw it away and eat something you like instead.

I'd recommend two boiled eggs and toast for breakfast.
