for dinner tonight. What are you having or suggestion for mr for simething simple as feeling lazy. Nothing stodgy,quick and easy to make. Let's have it. Thanks.

Super lazy at The Continental this evening. A very nice man will be delivering Chinese food. Not much help to you I’m afraid. Sorry, not sorry.

Stir fry. Chop a bunch of stuff up, marinate meat/ meat replacement in sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon or lime juice, garlic and ginger for 20 minutes

Having said that, a quick stirfry is an option or I could make my famous frittata again

Dice 2 chicken breasts, finely chop a red pepper, some mushrooms, a red onion, brown off in a wok.

Line the bottom of a large Pyrex baking dish with fusilli pasta, pour over the contents of the wok.

Pour on a jar of pasta bake sauce.

Fill the jar with water, shake and pour that on too.

Stick in oven 180 degrees and leave for an hour.

Come back, sprinkle a bit of grated cheese, back in oven alongside a garlic bread.

Remove after 10 minutes, large serving spoon into a bowl, garlic bread on a side plate.

Serve with a glass of Zinfandel.

Lol, I am making. I threw biys from fridge in and currently cooking it. Made a sillmple tomato and feta salad too

Omg, just seen how many typos there were on that post above. Must be more careful. On a positive note, that ftittata was amazing
