I work with youngsters. And what I've learnt that there are idiots amongst them, in just the same way as there were idiots when I was young.

Funnily enough my grandparents used to say my generation had no manners etc etc. Think those who complain now just have rose tinted glasses on when they think of the past.

The uk is having an aging population crisis from a lowered birth rate

We will fix that with immigration

Lots of immigration is going to come from countries that are far less accepting then we are

They’ll probably bring those cultural beliefs with them

I expect we’ll see a big jump in hatred and intolerance before it gets better

Quite a lot of those people (not all) are of a certain generation that are no longer qualified to be classes as "younger".

Oh kids and "young people" are mean and cruel yes, but so are adults. Take a look at the age of some of the most hateful comments floating around social media and you will see they certainly are not limited to a specific age range, and are often of a generation that states people used to be friendlier.

Fact is it is less about ages, and people in general. Younger generations are still very much more tribal, as tribal as it has ever been, it's just that there are more tribes and they overlap. For a lot of them still, if you don't fit with what they like whatever that may be, you are wrong and that's. The end of it... Just like older generations.

The subject changes, but the shit remains.

It's more difficult for those on average wages now. There's no argument from me about that.

We did however WORK FUCKING HARD and SAVE HARD and lived frugally to buy and move on.

That , that isn't available to younger generations isn't the fault of the generation before but some people are easily persuaded by 'the guilty'.

Nothing like throwing up a smoke screen and watch the innocent become the divided.

Learn a bit more and aim your punches in the right place maybe.

I don't control bank finances , pensions, mortgages , earning or anything to be factual.

I'm not responsible for inflation, salaries, hourly contracts , no pensions or anything this generation suffer.

Learn a bit about those who do.

I think this about a lot of them too. And yeah I do think the internet is partly to blame but I do think they are less racist/homophobic etc and more accepting of diversity.
