Not harsh.

Your boundaries are what's appropriate for you.

I personally think you've done the right thing and commend how you've valued yourself and your time.

Sounds like he made his priority pretty clear. Block and move on, there are some good guys on here.

I don't think so, they've shown you where their priorities are, you are justified in your reaction to them. So many lovely ppl on here, no need for you to waste your time on those that aren't quite so lovely x

It's something that's stayed with me from when I was a sex worker.. do not drink alcohol on a meet. I'd rather be engaged and aware.

I live by "No second chances at a first impression" and that's a pretty shitty one he chose to give of himself. If he's that unreliable before you even meet... Nope.

A couple of drinks to help manage nerves turned into too many drinks?

Poor show on his part...

Or...

He realised he'd d*unk too much and thought it best to abort rather than arrive in a state that would make you uncomfortable?

I (Mr) don't drink, and am of the opinion that drink is a destructive menace. In my experience and observation, drink invariably has more negative consequences than positive. Not preaching - just sharing an opinion.

If a woman agreed to meet with me, I wouldn't disrespect her and squander an opportunity.

Dust it off and move on.

Second chance? Surely there are guys out there who wouldn't blow the chance to connect with a woman?

Block him and move on, you don't arrange to meet then blow that person off to get pissed lol.

Not at all

I wouldn’t be comfortable playing with someone who was under the influence of anything at a meet ! When he started drinking so early he messed up

If it was the other way around and I was meeting a girl that had clearly d*unk too much I wouldn’t be doing more than getting her home safe

If you told him you don’t like drinkers or u don’t drink ur self then nothing wrong with it but he may of just needed some courage who knows but every one has a rite to refuse a meet no harm done

That type of action just makes me think they didn’t give a shit about anyone but themselves right then. Nothing to do with alcohol spoiling things. He did.

I actually have a kink with sparkling wine, it can be fun.

That's the delightful thing about getting brewers droop quite easily, if I know something sexy is on the cards I may have one singular drink or two, but never any more than that. And I don't get d*unk easily, it's just my dick that CBA if I drink too many.

I have the whatever the female version of brewers droop is. Alcohol turns off all the fun

Far far away

You have every right to do as you please.

It sounds to me as though he was at least trying to be honest, could have been worse, he could have turned up d*unk, or not at all.

We all have a life outside to swinging

More than possible that he went to the pub on his way to you then nerves got the better of him or he just changed his mind.

You can get soft drinks in pubs so it didn’t have to be alcohol related.

At least he told you which is something
