Um, never really thought about it. I know people my age who tend towards one group or another but most don't seem to have much stake in it.

As long as the people I'm compatible with are attracted to me I don't think age really comes into it

It seem silly at my age asking someone ..” how old are you? “ it’s like I’m back at *butlins trying to make chit chat to make new friends as a kid.

It’s not a survey. But an interesting conversation (it wasn’t, it was stupid , but this came from it)

A younger person said , no more than 5 years older.

I said, ‘ABOUT’ 10 yrs either way.

An older person said - sane age or 20yrs younger.

Soooo, I’m not a psychologist, but, are we trying to keep our youth and enjoy feeling young?

Oh that's barely more than a decade difference then.

I think an age gap between two people who just happen to be drawn to each other is absolutely fine.

I think age gaps are pretty irrelevant as long as both parties are mature adults. I also think a regular choice by someone over 30 to go for the late teens and early twenties who don't have the life experience to know what's really happening there is pretty gross personally, but unless it's obviously predatory bullshit I prefer not to comment or judge. Some people do just have older or younger souls

I just know I am not attracted to a woman based on her age. Age gaps aren't attractive either.

I've never been with a woman older than me at any stage in my life or with a woman more than 8 or 9 years younger.

My current lower age filter of 42 is just to create a 10 year buffer between the age of my kids and anyone I engage with. It rises every year and is non negotiable.

It seems, on Fab, as women become older they are expected to fancy younger men. Cougars are sought after it seems. But men, at any age seem to not have the same phenomenon, albeit there are those who will fancy older women of course. But by and large men just fancy women happy to have sex with them here.

Whilst I’m only 33 years old, I can’t see myself fancying younger men as I age.

Maybe it’s the sense of youthfulness equating to a more energetic, and open minded/fun partner as opposed to someone stuck in their ways in older age, but I cannot see beyond the possibility of having to teach a young puppy how to do tricks.

I rather like the experience of men older than me, in life in general not just sexually.

That makes sense, it’s a psychological thing.l with your kids ages.

But have you found women your age tending to look for a certain age group maybe?

I normally find it easier to get to talk to chics my age. (I didn’t want to say female ) if someone is younger, I get the sense they usually don’t want to know. Just a thought after talking today. I’ll be honest, it was a long day.

No in all the years I've been here I don't remember chatting to very many woman who didn't have similar age filters to my own and always just a few years either side of their own age.
