It really varies for me. If I am going to have sex then I abstain from touching myself but I may watch porn just to increase my libido especially if I am going to a club as I can find it hard to orgasm with new people in a club environment. I still love it though ha just my stupid brain.

Not any more. Probably average a couple of times a week. I don’t really keep score.

Stopped the porn a few years ago when I realised it was starting to affect relationships. I won’t go into the whys, wherefores and psychological aspects but, imho, porn is bad.
