Stephen King’s original story ended with them driving off into the mist. I could never decide if that was more bleak than the extra scene in the movie. The end of the characters, or the end of the world?

Film comes out and regretfully I decided to watch it, still messes me up.

I watched that film at the cinema ffs, didn't know what it was about and didn't ask so watched it..... I felt sick when I realised what was happening..... I haven't nor would I ever watch that film again, it's too traumatic....

It's interesting that lots of primary schools read it with year 6. I mean they haven't got the emotional maturity really to appreciate it on that level but was a little surprised they decided to do this, yknow given all the books in the entire world they could read...

Meet Joe Black is sad but kind of heartwarming as well.

Green Mile is a once only film.

How about A.I. ? The ending is so sad.
