Last Christmas

Hey, not as in the Wham favourite... But whilst a bit morbid. This will essentially be literally, probably my mum's last Christmas on this planet... And we know this, we are more than fully aware. But it did get me thinking about other folk in a similar way... And maybe thinking about a space to just spout, or just... Be?

Last Christmas I had lost my grandad in November and then we knew my nana was dying too so it was her last Christmas (and she was very ill and bed bound) so it was an absolutely awful time. So I hope you are holding up. This Christmas will be very weird for me without either of them being there. It's not always a happy time for people, and hope anyone who struggles with Christmas finds a way to cope.

Not the same thing at all but this will be my old dogs last Christmas if he makes it that long. He’ll have his Christmas dinner and a stocking might even let him win monopoly too

Sorry to hear about your losses. Last Christmas was the first without any of my grandparents being alive and it made it a very odd atmosphere.

Hope you can make this Christmas the best possible. Ten years ago my dad had a heartattack on the 23rd of December and was in a coma all over Christmas and dying on new years day so Christmas isn't always the best time for people
