How flexible are you?

I can't even touch my fucking toes. That's tragedy.

I do yoga and pilates weekly, I'm pretty flexible, as for touching the floor from standing yes I can and I can lay my palms flat on the floor

Vinyasa and Yin yoga is a daily ritual when I’m feeling healthy enough. I’m at the intermediate level, so touching my toes is pretty straight forward. It’s a wonderful thing to practice, not for just physical health but also mental health. You should start Brucey, I bet you’ll love it once you get going.

I never thought I'd be a yoga person until I tried it. 2 years later and I love it so much. And yes I'm a lot bendier than I was.

Im somewhat flexible, more so when i attend classes more regularly. I can touch my toes. Knee to chest positions are a problem because boobs

I love yoga but I don’t go as much as I would like. I don’t think I’m flexible because of yoga, I think I like yoga because I’m flexible and it’s a good way to really be able to stretch your body

I can even touch my knees with my forehead.

The only thing I regret is, there are 2 inches separating me from myself

I’ve been doing Yoga and Pilates at home since lockdown. Yoga with Adrienne and Pilates, Move with Nicole. I can really recommend it.

I’m trying to improve my flexibility by practicing hot-pod yoga. It’s absolutely fab however still like the tin man doing yoga.
