I keep getting asked, apart from card making stuff i cant think of one single thing. Does that mean im very lucky to be fortunate to have what i need?

where going london and the theatre in a couple of weeks but thats not for my birthday

I never know what to have for my birthday as when the time comes I just can't think of anything.

This year though I'm thinking of giving in and buying a Kindle. I don't think it will ever take the place of a trusty book but I just want to know what its like.

last yr was a biggy me 50 son 21 daughter 18 - son was in austria teaching as part of uni - i went over and he paid for me to see the spanish riding school something we both wanted to do = and me and titch had a spa day also something we both wanted to do = very happy memories for all of us ( when they were little always said we would do something altogether but reality was they like very different things)

It might well do.

I posted earlier about gifts of novelty socks, ties etc. It may simply be because people realise I already have everything I could possibly want.

my bfs birthday a couple of weeks ago, we stayed in a hotel for a couple of nights - bliss. could do what we wanted, when we wanted. Without having to worry about the 19 year old in next bedroom..

My birthday i want the same

Jays 70th was in feb and i just got him a token gift as ive arranged for us to go on the orient express in may for a five course dinner and 5 hour round trip and he knows absolutly nothing about it
