Tonypandy.

Cut in half, blanch in boiling water then pan fry with garlic and bacon

Par boil, sprinkler with salt, pepper, chilli and Chinese 5 spice.

When cold, dip in batter and deep fry. Serve with ginger and soy dipping sauce.

As above, but change spices for curry powder, tumeric and coriander. Sprout pakora.

No, the one that compliments it when you don’t go over the top with the additions

If I wanted plain sprouts I’d do them, I prefer adding to them personally
