Isn't that the thing that always happens when you're standing there afterwards, with shaky legs and your skirt still up around your waist, and you try to put your knickers back on without taking your heels off?

You know, just before you collapse in an undignified heap on the floor.....

heel hooking is also a climbing term, for a move that (surprise!) involves hooking the heel over a hold, usually at or above shoulder height, and pulling inwards using the hamstring muscle - looks very sexy when a fit female climber in lycra pulls one off with grace and style - that is what you meant, isn't it?
