Opinions?

Or is your way the only right way?

Cause I see some of the latter stuff here and...it's not a good colour you know?

Like...I don't know that mouldy green looking one.

But over to you! And don't worry about admitting you can be a dick, hell we can all be dicks!

If people wanna be wrong, that's their problem not mine.

And what's wrong with mould green? It's colour of my eyes.

My dog just tried to shag my cat. That was wrong. I told her I don’t care if you think it’s right, it’s not so stop trying.

La la land

I rarely think I'm 100% right so there is always room for others opinions. I generally don't get on particularly well with those who are stubborn in their opinions.

Manchester-ish

About most things. I understand that people like different music, films and food etc. But when it comes to big things like certain -isms and - phobias then I will accept that is their opinion but I will disagree forever.

They’re both female!

Also, she had a little mouse all curled up in her bed when I got home. I thought how cute it was until I realised it was dead

Yeah animals don't usually keep mice as their own personal pets fluff...

There’s right, there’s absolutely right, then there’s how right I am. Somewhere distant further beyond. It’s a spec on the horizon of rightness. Probably.

leighton buzzard

I think it's become an issue these days where the art of debate is kicked in the bollocks and shot in the head.

There's nothing wrong with having differing opinions, and we should be able to listen to and accept others opinions without it turning into a slanging match.

Unfortunately; we are less inclined to subscribe to the choice to "agree to disgaree" these day

On here I rarely if ever offer opinions on things I don't have experience of which means that I know those experiences and those opinions to be correct.

Anyone telling me I am wrong is obviously incorrect and their opinion is worthless.

This has happened a few times on here and people have tried to shoot me down with "facts" while at the same time proving their ignorance.

I accept they have them. I accept they view different. I accept that there is another side.

But doesn't mean I have to accept it's a stupid fucking opinion.

It depends

Opinions on the way I live my life I have no regard to.

General debate I love. Loved it in an education setting and love it to this day. I love to challenge and be challenged.

I have been known to change my views in debates over the years. Change of view isn’t necessary though in any debate. It is more the opportunity to consider points which might not have been in contemplation prior to the debate and see if it changes your own view. Brexit was one. I was initially shocked that the poll was so close. After debate I understood better the counter arguments and felt that it actually was finely balanced and no longer surprised by the close outcome of the referendum

I often find myself replying to something that I disagree with only to not actually post the message as I simply cannot be bothered to argue with any responses.

The ‘ripe’ post earlier was an example, I found the OP comment distasteful but chose not to post what I thought of what he had written.

Yeah to be fair it would be. But you know their teeth would probably accidentally puncture a lung and...I dunno

If my cat could choose a pet, he’d probably pick a crocodile or a polar bear. This is not a good idea

That's quite the cat you have there.

Mine carries a toy mouse around still and it's so sweet. Until she starts angry face chewing it
