Hill Walking - Pentlands (and a bit further afield)

Are there any folk on here who like walking in the hills around Edinburgh (or further afield) and fancy a bit of like-minded company on their perambulations?

Not necessarily looking for fun en route (it is a bit chilly just now after all!), although if that were to happen it would be a bit of a bonus ….
