I've just smacked my head on the corner of the bathroom cabinet while rinsing my face. There's blood and swelling, I'm being a brave little soldier but may need a hug and someone to kiss it better!

I'm worried it needs amputation!

It's not bleeding now, I've glued it.

I have a hacksaw, a can do attitude and a very harsh sense of sympathy - will that do?

My hubby always uses glue, cut his hand once really deep, should have needed stitches, sent one of kids to shop for some super glue and glued it!

The active element in Super Glue was actually developed for this very purpose during the Vietnam war. That's why its so good at gluing skin together.
