What kind of duvet cover do you have And who bought it?

Also, what is the lighting like in your bedroom?

This a Portsmouth university research question.

Thanks in advance

Not couples, cos we all know your better half buys that stuff.

You would be 100% correct (no duvets, sheets and blankets, and the corners have to be tucked just so. Ailsa doesn’t ‘do’ duvets)

Hahaha love this post.

When I was new to online dating I learned a lesson - a guy lied to me about being married when we were chatting. Something about his pictures made me suspect it but I couldn’t put my finger on it.

Afterwards when he owned up I realised it was the white bedding with little pillows on the bed! No way a single man would have that hahaha

Here's where I sound like a right ponce. I have in the past made my own duvet covers but i tend to just buy them now, always plain white and always decent quality, usually Egyptian cotton, I have a fairly high end embroidery machine so i add my own designs on the plain white cotton, at the min I have "my Everton one" on, plain white Egyptian cotton with the club badge embroidered on each bottom corner, the old club badge in the middle with UTFT in 5x3 inch letters next to it.

King size bed with a home made mattress protector on as I find the store bought ones not up to scratch, home made fitted sheet on top, home made pillow protectors, all white. I know I sound like a quilt myself.

Got rid of my bedside lamps as they were taking up space on my bedside cabinet, just use the main light or the light from my bedroom telly

All Bamboo bedding, all bought by myself. Doesn't match because I'm not that organised with buying bedding.

Lights I have a few.

Main light is a smart bulb with any-shade, usually purple.

Under the bed is an LED strip on a motion sensor, usually on red.

The bedlamp is made from driftwood and brass, a one off.

The other bedlam is made from a carburettor and a racing air filter, also a one off.
