OK forums. I've been a negative Nancy (no offence to any Nancys out there) today so time to perk myself up and clean my goddam home.

My first go to pick me up song is Get What You Give by the new radicals.

What are yours?

Oooh… my getting ready for a good night choon favourite…

start with the 12 inch version of “ain’t no stopping us now” by McFadden and whitehead…

The follow that with “I found lovin” by the fatback band…..

Finish with “candy” by cameo……

That is your black “wedding reception” trifecta…..

What do I win……

I don’t know if I should let you into the secrets of “the community”….. we learn that one early! Then we spend a lot of time in our 20’s and 30’s teaching it to you!!

Or if you live in the eastern half of London let say (Tottenham a10 round the m25 to Croydon m23)… if you don’t have it down by 6th form and the parties circuits… you are well behind

Western half of London.. nerds!! Lol

That is so funny... Share the secrets _abio.

I remember going on a rugby tour to Bahamas... 40 white guys in blazers into the Churchill.... Well ok.. 39 white guys and a black guy...

Dancing around and then the local lads got up and did their thing... It was so good it was funny... Fucking amazing. Still, kicked their arses at rugby mind. But I know which was waaay cooler
