Videos not playing full length

I've just got a new tablet. When I play Fab videos of full length (around 1min), it just stops at around 35-39 secs, without me able to continue. All other online videos work fine (just Fab). Any ideas? I'm not sure if there are any settings (tablet or Fab) that can be adjusted. Thanks

Potentially may not fix it, but try clearing the cache.

When in doubt always one of the better fixes to attempt.
