Nude sauna in europe

Me and wife want to try nude sauna but wife little frightened .

So has any body got any ideas as we both never done this .want to try .

There are plenty in Finland. Not for swinging/playing though

It's a cultural thing there. If you go to Lapland, you could also try sauna and a cold water jump

I loved the experience.

I've done it once. It's a normal thing there so there's nothing to be worried about. Just don't go expecting anything sexual, it's not that kinda nude place and you'd get kicked out pretty fast Just make sure you're putting a towel down when you're in the sauna

Adding more to it, the Finnish people consider spending time naked in sauna as a way of socialising. Even work colleagues do that. So it's completely normal there and a great place for you to try

I was nervous before my first trip to Kestrels which is naturists during the day. The reality was i felt very comfortable nude even though i have body image issues. Jusy don't overthink it.

It's more normal there

I went on a stag do in Prague and the hotel had a gym, pool, sauna etc. So 3 of us had a workout, swim then a relax in the sauna.

It was mixed and everyone came in and removed their towels. We felt like idiots with our swimshorts on!

Germany is fantastic for sauna culture, all Saunas there are nude and they are quite strict about it too, I have seen people get asked to leave for wearing swimwear.

I have been to a few thermal baths there with huge sauna complexes, I can recommend Caracalla in Baden Baden and Taunus in Bad Homburg as two of my favorites.

Erding has a great one as well. Just north of Munich.. Just look for Wellness spas and all will be fkk or nude..

The fact that people wear clothes in sauna puts me off going to them here. It's unhygienic and I would prefer to be naked.

We did at a hotel in Croatia. It was out of season, the hotel was very quiet, there were no children, just a couple of elderly people and they didn’t seem to care. You just have to pick your moment I think x

Hannah was also concerned but we went to one in Meersburg in Germany, next to Lake Constance and was almost immediately converted to naturism. All body types we there and nobody cares what anybody looks like. It's a beautiful place that allows you to swim naked in the lake.

If your good lady would like to talk to Hannah about it I think she would be happy to.
