Don’t mind a storm but it’s the amount of damage they can do..

"So exciting when driving a high sided curtain slider truck , certainly keeps you alert "

Keeps you alert either driving behind or thinking about overtaking said trucks…..

P.s just had 102mph gusts in jersey.. that is not a storm… that is hurricane 1 winds (hurricane 2 is at 105mph)

Not really, it woke the neighbours dog up and he's been barking since 4am and the idiots won't go and settle him just yell at him to shut up! Bloody glad I'm off today or my patients would have had a very grouchy me greeting them

I do enjoy watch the sea crashing against the cliffs and the sounds.

But I hate the damage it does.

All over

Why would anyone like them when is causing so much damage and misery for people, disrupting their lives and put some in danger and worse. No, I don't and feel for anyone suffering the consequences

Strangely mild, dry and calm in mid-ish wales at the minute.

I love listening to storms at night though. But the flooding is getting quite bad further down from me from so much rain over past few weeks.

I don't think people like the damage that is done with a storm. It's more the way nature sounds/behaves in a storm.

Growing up by the coast, I've watched/ heard so many storms and they are fascinating and relaxing to heard.

Somerset & Hertfordshire

It's been raining heavily all night in Somerset but now the winds are picking up as well so it looks like the real storm has arrived! Time to batten down the hatches.

After all the floods last week, it’s nice to not be affected for a change.

Must have missed it slept right through Op I’m only down the road and didn’t hear a thing. Just did ten hours straight.

Got about about an acre of raking up leaves to do now.
