It varies. A bit. I have very narrow feet.

My male shoes are 9/43 but they're mostly boots.

Female shoes actually fit better although the Uk sizes vary.

I have female boots and shoes in a 9/42 (wtf?) which fit well.

Female peep toe shoes in a 9/42 which are slightly too long (although my narrow toes may affect the size).

Female 8/42 shoes with closed toes that fit like a glove.

Male 8/42s are far too tight.

So... I don't actually know what size I am other than M&S 8/42 ladies shoes fit me the best.

Male shoes were a size 9 a couple of years ago but now a size 8 fit now I put it down loosing weight and less water retention this has had the added bonus of not having so much difficultly finding women’s shoes that fit ok height is 5ft 8

Im 6ft2in, i find the shoe size i need depends on the type and/or brand of shoe i buy. Ive found i can range between a 9.5 to 11 depending on what shoe i'm wearing/buying

At least half of my heels are size 9, because I liked them but couldn't find a 10.
