All the time! I’m quite a fussy eater so it’s nice to have a look beforehand and know there’s an option for me to have. Instead of getting to a restaurant, reading the menu and having to walk back out..

Most of the time. I can be fussy so I need to know if there’s anything on the menu I’ll actually eat.

Often. Saves disappointments on arrival and then having to find somewhere else

Yes because I’m likely to make better choices if I have in mind what I’m going to order. Rather than falling face first into the unhealthiest thing on the menu

Yeah, well to be more exact Mr will check and say there are things I can eat even if I wouldn't normally try them. He knows what I will like.

Actually, now I think about it even if I'm going with friends one of them will have checked and made sure I will be fine.

Apparently I'm fussy...

No.

I’m not a fussy eater and there will always be multiple things on a menu that take my fancy.

I will probably look at the menu for maybe 5 minutes, have a quick look on the specials board and ask a member of staff about anything that’s maybe not clear, then place my order when the waitress comes around with her little note book, simples.

No. I'm not that fussy and ill more than likely change my mind times before ordering minutes before.

You say that but people like me are the reason you get to the restaurant in the first place

a village near Haywards Heath in East Sussex

I lose patience with fussy eaters. That's my problem not theirs. However what really winds me up is an occasional dinner date partner ( lovely woman in all other respects ) who asks me what I am choosing and then says " I think I will join you in the (insert my choice ) " After it happen a few times I started insisting she chose first only for her change her mind when I chose . After that I said one thing then chose another at the point of ordering ..
