"I bought some of those smart scales that's meant to calculate weight, body fat percentage, muscle percentage etc. Not sure how accurate it is but I've only used them a handful of times because I mostly just look in the mirror and guage what I need to do. I can't remember the last time I weighed myself though" Yeah, I've got those. Not sure if they're completely accurate but I figure it doesn't matter if they're consistently inaccurate as I'll still be able to track my own data (supported by what I can see!). I'm currently weighing myself about once a week. Not bothered by my weight as such, but am trying to bring the body fat down a little so concentrating on that number (and the weight is automatically dropping a little too). | |||
