I stopped playing years ago, and focused on just a bit of running (until I fractured an ankle).

Now I am into rowing and it's getting my thighs back to rugby player standard!

I used to play rugby whilst in the army but those days are long gone now. Now I'm working on slimming down rather than being beefy. Plus as I got older the beefy turned to just fat and I hated the way I looked now on a journey to become slim.

Muscle will not turn to fat.

You're looking in pretty good shape so I don't think it's a worry for you anyway.

Still got the stamina too, but not the vast drinking ability any more ??

Always wondered why more ladies are not into the beefy rugby guy build, they are usually strong, protective, dominant and respectful and know exactly how to treat a lady.
