Most of this psi stuff is based around meditating and I have studied many aspects of it. There's a yt channel called new thinking allowed that is very informative.

Don't believe in anything supernatural. However I suffer from sleep paralyse sometimes.

Went through a faze when I was working shifts and could see myself lying in bed. Even was able to see the kitchen and see my wife making breakfast.

It is scary when you can hear and think but can't move or speak

I've watched many good things on yt about these subjects and meditation music and finding it very very useful

That would be astral projection but the scientific explanation that your body is exhausted and the brain wakes up before the body and you have hallucinations.

It does occur when I'm stressed so that would explain it
