I feel so rough today, my head is banging, my tummy is tender because of throwing up, been snoozing on and off all day, I'm starving now and just walked into the kitchen and straight back out again, can't face cooking ..... just saying lol

Make sure you drink water so you don't dehydrate !!.

Don't do what I just done and nearly kill myself with breathing in Vicks with boiling hot water. I have a bloody annoying cough it's driving me mad!!!!

Oh dear, that's not good, I've just been on the Lemsip cold n flu tabs, although they are doing no good whatsoever, hope you feel better soon hun x

Thank you, I've been taking flu tabs, not had much to drink, I've been snoozing, but trying to get some water down me now, I'm hoping it will help with the headache
