It happens, we move on "Why didn't you answer right away tho if you wanted to? Why the wait? But yeah. Some people just lose nerve quite quickly, altho, usually if they open and not reply right away, they won't answer at all anyway. So at least my experience. | |||

Never used text language. Always read bio before I message (back). Still often happens, so I just take it they found someone more suitable. | |||

You may never know, but there *might* be some clue in the message perhaps?
They aren't interested in you or your profile is quite a popular one.
Without the message, how are people on the forum supposed to have a scooby doo?
If it's entirely rhetorical though (ie something negative is afoot), then yeah - people are extending (or exclaiming) their "so screw you". Because it's the internet and they can.

Because I was just going through my messages and just didn't get around to replying straight away.
