I’m meant to go out to a restaurant tonight. I lack the energy as I’m knackered but I will get myself sorted to go out.

I really fancy eating octopus but no clue what I’ll order until I’m there.

BBQ Baby Chicken, slow roasted in a Big Green Egg.

Seasoned, drizzled with lemon juice, stuffed with rosemary and thyme and a quarter lemon.

I reckon the same way one eats most other digestible things. Cutlery in hands, seperate the lips, insert item to devour, savour the dance upon your tastebuds, chew, swallow, repeat.

Isn’t that how you do it too?
